Managed Service Plans

In the past, Managed Service Plans were reserved for large companies that could afford the sophisticated software tools and expertise to implement them. Not anymore.

Technology innovations have now made it possible for CYBERCity to offer managed services to small and medium size businesses and organizations.

As a Managed Service Provider, CYBERCity provides complete delivery and management of computer services, applications, and equipment to our customers. Our Managed Service Plans can include partial or full network management, including management of your messaging and internet services, printers, desktop PCs, servers, and more. For many years CYBERCity has offered some of these services, primarily through remote access and planned maintenance. We have now invested in the infrastructure to offer a much more comprehensive set of services that will allow us to provide superior services at an entry level price point.

Our Managed Service Plan is comprised of three basic components:

1. IT Knowledge Management System: No longer will your organization have to rely on "tech gurus" for complete information about your technology infrastructure. CYBERCity will maintain all of this information for you, including:

• IT Asset Information - A complete inventory of your PCs, servers, printers, and more.
• Licensing data for software subscriptions.
• Warranty information where applicable.
• Information technology project tracking.
• Help Desk for incident tracking.

Generally speaking, maintaining this sort of information for yourself is hard because it is costly and difficult. CYBERCity will utilize best practices and best-of-breed software to maintain this vital information for you, which means a huge time and money savings for our customers and less worry. All of the above information will be accessible to our customers via an easy-to-use web portal.

2. Service Planning: Every business or organization has different IT support needs. CYBERCity will design a support plan that will meet those needs. CYBERCity will:

• Apply network analysis and auditing tools to identify the key technology assets in your organization.
• Collect and review this information to determine what should be tracked and added to your personalized asset database.
• Identify those elements in your system that may be costing you money or could easily do so in the future.
