CYBERCity is seeking an experienced customer-oriented professional to perform the role of Systems Engineer and be a part of our growing service team.
SEs work with our customers to perform network and server maintenance, system deployment, and consultation services as needed, including periodic supervision of technician teams on assignment. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal and writing skills, consistently keep up with industry trends and be adept at juggling multiple tasks in sometimes stressful situations. Certifications – Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA - or a demonstratable combination experience, education, and certification are required.
