SEs work with our customers to perform network and server maintenance, system deployment, and consultation services as needed, including periodic supervision of technician teams on assignment. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal and writing skills, consistently keep up with industry trends and be adept at juggling multiple tasks in sometimes stressful situations. Certifications – Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA - or a demonstratable combination experience, education, and certification are required. CYBERCity is looking for a part-time Computer Trainer.  Position consists of working 2-3 days per week from 8-5 pm. Applicant must have excellent communication skills and at lease 2-3 years experience with training. Certifications preferred but not required.  Knowledge of various computer application programs (especially Microsoft Office suite).  The ability to train and work with employees at all levels.  Some travel locally/regionally to do on-site training.
